Return & Refund Policy
At BestyPrints, all products are made to order with Printful’s print-on-demand service, which means we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. We only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with a printing error. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@bestybay.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please note that since each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or unclaimed packages.
